Screenshots are great ways take to whatever's on your screen at easy without having to download the content off the internet. It comes in handy on several occasions, especially when browsing on websites that disabled right-click. SO there is n way to press and hold on the item or right-click to save.

Taking screenshot also saves you from downloading infected contents off from the internet. For instance, there's been a report that Hackers Use Images To Spread Ransomware On Facebook And Linkedin. Now Facebook and Linkedin are both very popular social media, anybody can easily get infected because he/she saw a picture and downloaded it. Without knowing that a malware had been embedded in it. That is why I personally prefer taking screenshots to downloading the image or whatever content it is want to get from the internet. 

Taking a screenshot does exactly what the name suggests, that is it captures whatever is on your screen in an image and saves it to your Photos Gallery. Several things contribute to how you can take a screenshot from a phone. The phone type, model, and OS play a major role in determining how to take a screenshot.

And if you own iPhone X, you will know by now made series of changes to the functions of the buttons combinations, like the removal of a physical home button and so on. I bet you must've also tried to take a screenshot from your iPhone X like you would do with an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6plus, and it didn't work. But don't worry, I got you covered. It doesn't if you’re new to using iPhone or iPad or your case is that you just haven’t taken screenshots before using iPhone, follow along with this simple guide and you’ll be taking them with ease in no time. Besides the iPhone X, taking a screenshot on iPhone and iPad are almost exactly the same. So just do the following;

✔   Get to the content you’d like to screenshot.

✔   Press both the Home button and the Sleep/Wake button (power button) at the same time (you can also take a screenshot by pressing one button immediately after the other)

✔   You'll notice a screen flash and also a camera snapshot sound effect (if sound is on) will confirm a successful screenshot

✔   Now you'll have to navigate to your iPhone's Photos application to view, use, or share your screenshot.

The Sleep/Wake (power) button is usually located on the upper right-hand side of the iPhone 6/6 Plus, 6s/6s Plus and 7/7 Plus. So there won't be any problem locating, but if you still need assistance locating it, the image above will help.

There are more than one ways you can find photos from your screenshots.  POpen your Photos Application, you’ll see them in if you tap on the Photos tab in the bottom left-hand corner of the application.

Another way is by tapping Albums in the bottom-right-hand corner and then Camer roll. Or you can also see all of your screenshots organized automatically under Albums >>> Screenshots.
