Microsoft Surface Book 2 - The Most Powerful Laptop ever Made

Just 2 weeks after Google launched PixelBook, the very first laptop to feature Google Assistant, Microsoft launched their own piece of a portable computer that will compete with Google's Pixelbook. The surface book 2 (as Microsoft calls it) is an upgraded version of their previous Surface book which is indeed the thinnest yet powerful pc ever made. We aim to bring the power of mixed reality, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and immersive gaming to you. - Microsoft says.
The new Surface book 2 comes in two options, 13-inch, and a 15-inch laptop. The later is a 3240 x 2160 resolution and 260 PPI (for those that love larger screen). And ships intel's very own Octa-core processors. Other configurations are as follows: 

   ✓   Eighth-gen Intel Quad-Core i7-8650U, 4.2GHz “max turbo” 

   ✓   16GB RAM Storage: 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB SSD 

   ✓   Nvidia GeForce GTX 1060, 6GB graphics memory 

   ✓   Dimensions: 13.5 x 9.87 x 0.9 inches 

   ✓   Weighs 4.2 pounds, 1.8-pound tablet mode 

While the 13-inch model of Microsoft Surface book 2 comes with Intel's very own seventh-generation dual-core i5-7300U with 8GB RAM. The display has 3000 x 2000 resolution and 267 PPI. It comes with an option to upgrade to an eighth generation CPU and 16GB RAM. The storage options are 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB SSD. 

Both the 13 and 15-inch version has 2 ports of USB-type A, 1 port of USB-C, headphone jack, 5MP front camera, 8-Mega Pixel rear camera, Dolby Atmos support for headphones, and backlit keyboard. Microsoft claims that both variants (13 and 15-inch) can last up to 17 hours.

The 13-inch variant expected to start at a retail price of $1,499 with pre-orders kicking off on November 6th and the shipping will take place from November 16th. While the 15-inch Core-i7 models are expected to start at a retail price of $2,499. You can watch a 2minutes video review here
