Nokia 9 Rumored to Boot Android Nougat 7.1.2, Comes With Iris Scanner

It is now obvious that Nokia is keen on filling the Android market with several smartphones with impressive specs. But it was unknown to many that HMD Global-backed Nokia is secretly working on its premium 2017 flagship smartphone model, apparent to a report by Nokia Power User (NPU).

Nokia 9 rumoured specs

Dubbed Nokia 9, the smartphone is power packed with premium features such an iris Scanner, dual-cameras with Carl Zeiss optics, a QHD OLED display, water-and-dust resistant, and Nokia's very own “OZO” audio technology.

Other specifications of the high-end smartphone include:

==>>    A QHD 5.5-inch OLED display

==>>    Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor

==>>    Adreno 540 GPU

==>>    6GB RAM with either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage capacity

==>>    3,800mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 

==>>    IP68 water-and-dust resistant certification

==>>   Fingerprint and iris scanner. 

==>>    Is expected to boot Android 7.1.2 Nougat

==>>    22-megapixel dual lens Carl Zeiss rear and 12-megapixel front camera.

Nokia 9 may be the first device to feature “Nokia OZO audio” enhancements. Nokia OZO, a software-based technology that promises to enable any camera or smartphone to record 3D audio or spatial sound. The 3D audio technology will be compatible with smartphones with two or three microphones.

It is, however, important to note that these specs are based on rumours and leaks. HMD Global has neither made any official release regarding Nokia 9 specs nor its launching and release.
