Cagabi One is currently the world's cheapest Android 4GLTE smartphone. It beat down the price of Freedom 251 which was sold last year for $4. Unlike Freedom 251 which is a 4-inch phone that came with incredible specs and official Android V5 Lollipop, Cagabi One is a 4G enabled smartphone with IPS HD Screen and OminVision camera.
