CyanogenMod is an aftermarket firmware for a number of cell phones based on the open-source Android operating system. It offers features not found in the official Android based firmware of vendors. They just released custom Rom for Infinix users. So If you are a user of Infinix Zero or Zero2, you can install this custom ROM right away by following the steps I'm about to enlist.

Prerequisites for installation:
Before you install this Rom, there are certain requirements which you are bound to meet. These requirements are usually the same and must be met before flashing any ROM.
  • Whenever you flash your phone with a file, be it a ROM or a Custom Recovery, you should always make a backup of your data. This backup will be used to reverse any damages that may occur in case the flashing process wasn't succesfull.
  • Charge your phone. make sure its up to 80% and above so that it doesn’t shutdown during installation.
  • You must have a custom Recovery installed in your phone, whether TWRP or CWM
  • Make sure your phone model is Infinix Zero or Infinix Zero 2.

  • I do not accept or will claim responsibility of any this incurred while trying out this tutorial. if you accept with these terms, kindly proceed to the next step.
  • Will this Void my warranty? Pretty much Yes.
  1. First, download the Rom from the official website. You can  alternatively, you can get it from HERE
